On the bottom of the log in popup window a password reset button is shown, please click the password reset button, type in your email and click send. A password reset link will appear in your email.
When trying to login, if you are not successful, please reset your Cache (scroll down to the last FAQ item to see ‘how to reset Cache’)

- Try logging in again after clearing the cache and cookies.
 Step 3: Contact site support
- If you’re still unable to log in after following the above steps, click here to contact the site support team for further assistance.
- Provide detailed information about the issue you’re experiencing, including any error messages or steps you’ve already taken to troubleshoot.

If you’ve forgotten your username or the email associated with your account, reach out to Support for assistance. We can help you recover your account details or reset your password if needed.
This may include emails with login details/password reset, course and training links.
First, check your spam or junk folder in your email account. Sometimes, legitimate emails may be filtered as spam by your email provider.
If you are still not receiving emails from the platform, please email support here with your username and email associated with your account along with your query.
The certificate will appear when you have completed the course, please click on download certificate on the top right of the certificate.
If you logged out before downloading your certificate. Please Login, go the Course Tab, enter the course you have just completed. Your certificate will show at the top of the page. Click on the download certificate button. You can click here to be taken to the courses page.
Step 1: Add items to your cart
- Browse the course page and press “Start Now” beside the course you’re interested in, then click the “Add to Cart” button to purchase.
Step 2: Proceed to checkout
- Once you’ve added click on the shopping cart icon or the “Checkout” button to proceed to the checkout page.
  Step 3: Enter the coupon code
- On the checkout page, you’ll find a field labelled “Coupon code” or “Discount code”. This is where you’ll enter your coupon code.
- Type or paste the coupon code into the designated field.
  Step 4: Apply the coupon code
- After entering the coupon code, click on the “Apply Coupon” button next to the coupon code field.
  Step 5: Complete the checkout process
- Once all required information is entered, review your order summary to ensure accuracy, then proceed to complete your purchase by clicking on the “Place Order”.
If your coupon code isn’t working, double-check the following:
- Ensure that you’ve entered the code correctly, without any spaces or errors.
- Check the coupon code’s expiration date to ensure it’s still valid.
- Contact us by clicking here for assistance if the issue persists.
Before clearing your cache, be aware taking this action will log you out of other websites as well, and may delete saved preferences, so proceed please with caution and feel free to contact us if you’re not sure.
Google Chrome:
- Open Chrome and click on the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
- Select “More tools” > “Clear browsing data.”
- Choose the time range and what you want to clear (like browsing history, cookies, cached images, etc.).
- Click “Clear data.”
Mozilla Firefox:
- Open Firefox and click on the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner.
- Select “Options” (or “Preferences” on macOS).
- Go to the “Privacy & Security” panel.
- Scroll down to the “Cookies and Site Data” section and click on “Clear Data.”
- Check the boxes for what you want to clear and click “Clear.”
Safari (on macOS):
- Open Safari and click on “Safari” in the menu bar.
- Select “Preferences.”
- Go to the “Privacy” tab.
- Click on “Manage Website Data.”
- Select “Remove All” to clear all website data or select specific items and click “Remove.”
Microsoft Edge:
- Open Edge and click on the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
- Select “Settings.”
- Under “Clear browsing data,” click on “Choose what to clear.”
- Select the data you want to clear and click “Clear.”
