Run reports

  • Instructions:

  • Select your group from the “Group” dropdown.

  • The associated course will appear automatically.

  • View each user’s status in the course.

  • To export the report, click “Export” on the right-hand side (available in .CSV or Excel format).

Download user certificates in bulk

  • Instructions:
  • Begin by selecting a certificate type from the available options. The Download Certificates module supports LearnDash Group, Quiz, and Course certificates.
  • Based on the certificate type you choose, you may need to select a Group, Course, and/or Quiz.

  • After making the appropriate selections, if there are quizzes associated with your choices, a “Generate Certificates” button will appear.

  • Click Generate Certificates to begin creating the certificates. A ZIP file containing the PDF certificates will be generated in the background and made available for download.

Mark users as complete / Print individual certificate

  • Instructions:
  • Type the user’s name or email in “Search Users” and select the correct user.
  • Once the page reloads, the associated course will appear under the user’s name.
  • Check the box to mark the user as complete.
  • Click ‘Confirm’.
You must be a admin or group leader to access this page.

Add new users

  • Instructions:
  • Select your Group from the list
  • Once the page reloads, there should be an “Enrol New User” button, please press.
  • In the Pop up enter the users details.
  • If the Enrol New User button is missing or “0 user registration left” is showing contact: Tech Support
